Carmen Maria Cuevas Seise

September 18, 1933 – January 10, 2026

Carmen M. Cuevas Seise passed away at the Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont, Florida after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's/Dementia on January 10, 2026. She was 92 years old.

Carmen was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico before becoming a Military wife and Mother travelling through the United States and overseas until settling in Central Florida in 1979 were she spent almost 50 years.

She was a devout Christian and belonged to several local church communities throughout the years. Carmen loved to spend time gardening and cooking for her family but had a passion for and was a collector of Movies.

Carmen is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Victor and Gloria Cuevas of Eustis, FL; Carlos and Deanna Cuevas of Groveland, FL; Rudi Cuevas and Yamilin Alfonso of Orlando, FL. Also, (5) Grandchildren, Veronica Cuevas and husband Josh Hess of Atlanta GA, Alex Cuevas and Rachael Cuevas of Orlando, FL; Carlos A. and Valerie Cuevas of Orlando; FL; Christina and Denny Castillo of Orlando and Key West, FL; Joseph A. Cuevas and partner Christian Peterson of Winter Haven. And (3) Great-Grandchildren, Logan Cuevas, Ronin Cuevas and Antonio Scott Cuevas.
