Obituary
William A. Smith, 76, of Clermont, FL passed away Monday, June 22, 2015. William was born on July 18, 1938 in Washington, D.C., the son of William Ashton and Grace Smith. He was a longtime resident of the South Lake area. He was a retired contractor and a member of the Church of Christ, Clermont.
William is survived by his loving wife, Sandra; children, Dayle Marie Tyng of MD, David Mark Smith and Dinah Kim Notartomaso both of Clermont and Darrell Keith Smith of Concord, NC; step-children, Robert Todd Angel of Minneola, FL, Kelli Leigh Williams of Apopka, FL and Jenifer Anne Chilcote of Winter Garden, FL; sisters, Delores Colie of MD and Karen Nicknami of CO; 8 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Arrangements are:
A Celebration of William's life will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 9th at the Clermont Community Center, 620 W. Montrose St., Clermont, FL 34711.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials in William's name to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
