Wilfredo San Gaspar Macabasco

(October 5, 1936 – May 31, 2022)

Wilfredo was born to Julio and Maria Macabasco on October 5 ^th , 1936 in Pakil, Laguna Philippines.  He enlisted in the US Navy in 1961 retiring in 1981.  Wilfredo served proudly earning the National Defense Service Medal, Sea Service Ribbon, Navy Expeditionary Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/3 Bronze Stars, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.  He continued his government service working for the US Postal Service for 15 years.  He loved spending time with his family especially his grandkids and singing karaoke.

He is preceded in death by Julio Macabasco (father), Maria San Gaspar Macabasco (mother); Federico, Reuben, Charlie, Hill (siblings); and Peter Macabasco (son).

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Conchita Macabasco, son Paul (Lizzette) – children:  Peter Chaise and Nathan, son Patrick (Audra) – children:  Pierce, Princeton, Parklyn, PJ, daughter Jocelyn (Brian) – children:  Adrian Tai, Alex, Keean, and Donovan; siblings Nene, Fe, Aleth, and Julito; and many nieces and nephews.
