Wally Hussey Lono, 64, Clermont, passed away April 11, 2013  at South Lake Hospital. He was born October 2, 1948 in Mascotte son of Ada Padgett & William Lono. He served in the US Marine Corp and was united in marriage to Cynthia Irene Styles. He was an electrician for the Lake County Schools. Surviving is his wife of 37 years, Cindy Lono ; daughter Melinda Catrett ; mother-in law Lucile Styles; grandchildren Joshua Styles Lono, Austin Jacob Lono & Hunter Chayce Catrett (who are being raised by Wally & Cindy ) all of Clermont; sisters Josephine Kugler & Ada Mae Bass both of Mascotte & Sarah "Sadie" Bass & husband Fred, Groveland.



The memorial service for Wally Lono will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 18, 2013 in the Becker Chapel. Reverend Dawn Fryman of First United Methodist Church will officiate. Inurnment will be in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at a later date.
