Virginia grew up in Crewe,Virginia, eventually going to Longwood College in Farmville, Va

An all female college @ the time, to study nursing, which helped her to practice medicine in Michigan

She was always a proud Virginian & let everyone know where she was from.

She was a woman of faith & was looking forward to the next chapter

Virginia was preceded by her brother James who was in the Army during World War II and was in the battle of the Bulge

Virginia took good care of her heath & liked watching the History Channel,

She frequently visited Disney World looking forward to visit Pocahontas in character & Universal with her Grandson & enjoying a Tall Margarita on the rocks while saying

"I can't believe I've lived this long and have done everything"
