Vernon "Tommy" Sigler born in Homosassa, Fl, who resided most of his life in Orlando, at age 76, was sent to heaven to join his parents Julius and Thelma, brother George, and sisters Peggy, Vicki and Linda. He is survived by his brother Julius and sisters Jennabeth and Nancy. He is also survived by his wife Marion, of 44 years, his four children, 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Dedicated to his country by serving in the Navy he was awarded the National Defense Service medal aboard the USS RANGER along with the Viet-Nam Service medal. Along with these commendations his command was also awarded the the Arleigh Burke Fleet trophy by the Chief of Naval Operations. He was a loving family man and will be missed dearly by all.
