Awilda is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Jose Rodriguez; her daughter, Rosemarie Guevara (Ricardo); sons, Joseph Rodriguez (Heather), and John Rodriguez (Janet); grandchildren, Alexander Rodriguez, Juliana Rodriguez, and Grace Rodriguez; sister, Gloria Montero; and brother, Manuel Nieves.
