Todd J. Hemphill, 55, of Montverde, Florida passed away on October 20, 2021.

Todd was born on May 22, 1966 in Winter Park, Florida to Sandra Hartman and Dale Hemphill. He is survived by his mother Sandra; siblings Vincent, Wendy, and Amanda; children Brandon, Taylor, and Connor; and grandson Jacob.

Todd graduated from West Orange High School in 1984. He began working in the power industry in 1991 as a Lineman. Over the years, his hard work and dedication advanced him to an Operations Manager. Todd was one of the best mechanics and loved working on old cars and motorcycles. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather that enjoyed sharing his words of wisdom. He is and will always be greatly missed.

Todd will be buried at the Winter Garden Cemetery next to his father Dale Hemphill on November 5 ^th at 2:45pm.
