Rev. Leavesley is survived by one sister,   Elizabeth Wonderly of Marietta, Georgia; one daughter,   Beth Mucher, of Shelbyville, Tennessee; one son,   Major David Leavesley, Sr., of New Port Richey, Florida; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.   His late wife was Joyce Ann Leavesley.



An ordained minister of 70+ years was a member of Grand Highway Baptist Church in Clermont, Florida.



He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.



Services for Rev. Thomas Dale Leavesley, 95, of New Port Richey, Florida, who died on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at North Bay Hospital, in New Port Richey, are set for 6:00 P.M. on Monday, November 29, 2010, at Becker Funeral Home, in Clermont, Florida, with the burial on Tuesday morning, November 30, at 10:00 A.M.   Pastor Joel Shackelford;   Rev. Peter Mucher; and son, Major David Leavesley, Sr., will officiate.



Visitation will be held from 4:00 ? 6:00 P.M. prior to the service on Monday, November 29, at Becker Funeral Home.
