Thomas Alfred Isaacs
April 25, 1948 – October 30, 2020
Thomas Alfred Isaacs, 72 years old, was born in Litchfield, IL, to Marilyn Isaacs and the late Edwin Isaacs. Tom went to Heaven his wife Connie by his side, holding his hand with love. He is survived by his wife, best friend and soul mate, Connie, his mother, Marilyn Isaacs, 2 brothers, Steve and Dan Isaacs (Cindy) and 3 sisters Jeanne Stalls (Wayne), Joyce Graham (Randy) and Susan Houghton (George). One brother, James Isaacs preceded him in death. He is also survived by a daughter, Lori Hoar (Dennis), a son, Brian Isaacs (Kate), a stepdaughter, Diane Cain, a stepson, Kent Hagebusch (Sarah), a grandson, Darrick Cain, 2 granddaughters, Alexis Collins (Mike), Alison Hagebusch and 2 great-grandchildren, Kent and Nora. Tom deeply loved his family and adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be very fondly missed by all.
He was owner of Delta Elevator Co. in Orlando, FL. He loved the elevator business. He was a board member, Vice President and President, of the National Association of Elevators and Contractors as well as a member of many other boards and committees.
Tom was a kind, loving, generous person who was always there to help someone in need, often anonymously.
He was very adventurous and experienced many adventures. He and his wife, Connie, rode the mules down the Grand Canyon, rode the scenic train along the west coast of California, went whitewater rafting and many other exciting ventures. His passion was flying his airplanes.
He loved watching the sunrise and sunset, watching the clouds, looking at the moon, watching the birds and butterflies, and being near the ocean. He had a green thumb and his plants are still beautiful!
He is very sadly missed by his wife, Connie, who loved him with all her heart and soul. His family and friends will miss him dearly.
"I have a feeling that he flew one of his airplanes on his last flight......to HEAVEN!"
From his loving wife,
Connie
