Theodore Dale DeWitt (Ted) of Clermont, FL passed away Wednesday February 25, 2015 at home surrounded by his loved ones. Ted was born May 19,1952 in Flint, Michigan. He attended Central Michigan University where he earned a Bachelors degree in business administration. He relocated to Florida in 1980 where he was President of DeWitt Excavating and active in West Orange County & South Lake County communities. Ted was beloved by all and preceded in death by his sister Robin. He is survived by his loving wife Ronda DeWitt, sons Theodore II (Teddy) and Tyler, daughter Tiffany, mother Marie DeWitt, father Dale DeWitt, sisters Sherry Breier (Bill), Ann Severns (Tony) , Nancy Mulligan(Pat) and brothers Tom (Judi), Tim (Marie) and many cousins, nieces and nephews.



Visitation will take place Sunday March 1 at the funeral home from 2-5 PM with a funeral service on Monday March 2 at Montverde Academy at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Winter Garden Cemetery.
