Obituary
Terry William King, age 51, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015 in Clermont, Florida after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born July 20, 1964 in San Angelo, Texas to William (Bill) and Marilyn Helton King.
Terry married the love of his life, Catherine Lira King in February of 2004 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They shared 11 wonderful years together and created a lifetime of wonderful memories.
Terry is survived by his beloved wife Catherine Lira King of Clermont, FL; son Michael King of Colorado Springs, CO; father William (Bill) King of San Angelo, TX; sister Cheryl Fleming and husband Keith of San Angelo, TX; brother Keith King and wife Lea Ann of San Angelo, TX; a very special niece Bailey King of San Angelo, TX and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by very loving and special in-laws, Vic and Suzie Lira of Clermont, FL for whom he loved as his own parents.
Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Helton King, his step mother Marydith George King who also loved him dearly and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Arrangements are:
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church at 720 12th Street, in Clermont, FL. Interment will be at Old Runnels Cemetery near Ballinger, Texas. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mike Conley Hospice House C/O Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778-9983.
