Stewart "Stu" Norman Jones, 75, of Clermont, Florida passed away on April 17, 2021. Stu was born on June 8th,1945 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Earl and Margaret Jones. When he was a teenager the family moved to Florida, where he graduated from Hialeah Senior High in 1964. After high school he joined the Navy and served in the Vietnam War, discharged as a decorated verteran. He then went on to a career at Sears for over 32 years. In 1981 he married the love of his life, Sue, and they lived in the Miami area until retirement. In 2008 they moved to their home in Clermont, FL, where they enjoyed beautiful sunsets over Jack's Lake from their back porch. Moving to Clermont also allowed him to be closer to his older brother, Bill, who he had a very close relationship with. Stu was a generous soul with a love of baking that he inherited from his mother, and was known for making everyone's favorite sweets on any occasion. He is survived by his beloved wife Sue, his children Jessica Locke (Andres), Chris Jones (Natalie), and Dan Conde, his grandchildren Haley (Nicole), Athena, Jade, Lucia and Chase, and numerous other family members who loved him.
