Heaven gained a precious angel in the early hours of Saturday August 10, 2019. Shirley was born March 22, 1943 in Orlando, FL. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Lee Cobia. They would have celebrated their 56th Wedding Anniversary on the 11th of August. Together they raised three wonderful children; Daughter, Susan R. Cobia of Winter Garden, FL. Daughter, Sheri A. Manns and (April Phillips) of Clermont, FL. Son, Rob A. Cobia and (Cathy Skipper-Cobia) of Gotha, FL. She was a loving Granny to her three beautiful grandchildren Makayla, Braydon, & Laycie. She was blessed with a great-granddaughter, Brinleyana. She was proceeded in death by her parents, father, Jack Riffle, mother, Margaret Riffle and brother, LeRoy Riffle. Shirley loved all her family and many friends. She enjoyed spending time with her beloved dog Max and watching football cheering on her favorite Florida Gators!
