Sandra "Sandy" Jean (Senn) Kurtz, 82, of Winter Garden, FL passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 12, 2022 surrounded by family and friends.

Sandy was born on February 11, 1940 in Essex Junction, Vermont to Romaine and Ruby (Anderson) Yates.  After the death of her father, Ruby Married Frank Senn and relocated to Egg Harbor City, NJ.

She grew up in New Jersey and met her beloved husband Charlie.  She was a mother, homemaker and caregiver to her son Chris.  The family relocated to Winter Garden, FL in 1982.

Upon relocating to Central Florida, she assisted her husband with two businesses and enjoyed 15 years as a Merchandise Cast Member at Disney's Old Key West Resort.  Along with her husband and son, they made many great friends along the way.  She was a pillar of her community and loved by all that met her.

Together, Sandy and Charlie enjoyed cruising on Disney Cruise Line (sailing 19 times in total), road trips to New Jersey and the annual Spring Training event in Clear Water, Florida.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charlie and son Christopher.  She is survived by her daughter Valorie Kurts and three grandchildren Lexington, Emma and Dietrich Wochner. She is also survived by her siblings – Ronald Senn, Barby Mangos, and Chris Senn

The family suggests in lieu of flowers that donations be sent to the Egg Harbor City Moravian Church, 245 Boston Ave, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215.
