Sandra B. Carbone was born on May 30, 1938, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, to Alexander and Teresa Rotunno Dellverson. She was married to Anthony A. Carbone, who predeceased her on October 31, 2021.

Throughout her career, Sandra worked as a hairdresser in her early years before transitioning to real estate in later life.

She is survived by her children: Terri (Michael) Shornack of Leesburg, Florida; Linda Fraser (Dr. Louis Tsarouhas) of New Hope, Pennsylvania; and Chris A. Carbone of Dickson, Tennessee. Sandra also leaves behind five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Marie Ginocchi and Betty Pfahles, and brother James Dellaverson.
