Ruby Green Nix 94, of Montverde Florida peacefully passed away in her home on Thursday September 1, 2022.

Ruby was originally from Atlanta Ga, moved to Florida in the 1960's with her husband of 70 years Charles and their four children. Ruby's family grew to include her seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother Ruby enjoyed bird watching, gardening, reading, and writing short stories and poems.

Ruby is survived by her daughter Sandy and son in law Fred, her sons Charles and Robert. Her grandchildren Paula, Carine, Stephanie, Leah, Keith, Bryan, and John and her great-grandchildren Shelby, Reece, Heath and Olivia.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, daughter Cheryl and great-grandson Joseph. Her family ask in lieu of flowers to make a donation in her name to St. Jude Hospital.
