Obituary
Roy Bernelle Patton, 97, of Clermont, FL passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the Mike Conley Hospice House. Roy was born on August 9, 1921 in Tilden, Illinois, son of Floyd and Lena Patton. He had many different careers throughout his life, including dairy farming, truck driving and owning and operating a mobile home park. Roy moved to Clermont in 2005, previously being a snowbird for many years.
Roy is survived by his loving wife, Judy; daughter, Dinah K. Patton; step-daughter, Debbie Bach; grandchildren, Kim Adams, Robert Lanasky, Roger Patton, II, Lyle Miller and Ann Allen and great grandchildren, Cody, Jared, Ethan, Jessica, Steven, Charlotte, Harrison and Avery. Roy was preceded in death by his sons, Robert J. Patton and Roger B. Patton and granddaughter, Susanne E. Patton.
Services and interment will take place in Carbondale, Illinois.
