Obituary

Rosa M. Rivera, 89, of Clermont, FL passed away Friday, December 13, 2019. Rosa was born on April 14, 1930 in Puerto Rico, daughter of Jose E. and Anna Garcia. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Clermont for the past 20 years.

Rosa is survived by her loving children, Luis Albert Rivera and Wanda (Carlos) Fernandez both of Clermont and Jose Juan (Frances) Rivera, Jr. of Newport News, VA; siblings, Aida Rolon of Miami, FL, Nilda Rivera and Benjamin Garcia both of Puerto Rico; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Juan Rivera-Pedroza in April 2011 and daughter, Melba Wiggins in September 2016.

Services for Rosa will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, where she will be interred with her husband, Jose.
