Roeshell Wiggins, age 95, Clermont, passed away August 7, 2019 at Superior Residences in Clermont. She was born November 14, 1923 in Samson, AL daughter of Mattie Lula Cotton & Judson Jay Underwood. A local resident since 1963, she was a homemaker, and member of First Baptist Church Clermont. Her husband Mitchell Myers Wiggins, retired Chief Master Sergeant US Air Force preceded her in death on February 10, 1989 as did 7 siblings.

Surviving are her children Don & wife Diane Wiggins, Belleville, IL; Vanda Reed, Clermont; Charlene & husband Scott Steves, Clermont & Jeffrey & wife Grace Wiggins, Davenport; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister Ruth Jolly, Jacksonvlle & sisters-in-law Betty Sellard, Clermont & Vivian Underwood, Atlanta, GA.
