Robert "Bob" Michael Potzler, 57, of Clermont passed away Thursday, March 17
th
, 2016. Robert was born in Plymouth, Indiana on March 8, 1959. He served in the Army in 1977. Bob resided in Chicago, Illinois for a number of years until moving to Florida in 1994. He was a passionate sports fan. Some of his favorite teams included the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Blackhawks, Notre Dame college football, and UCF college football. Bob worked as an electrician for a majority of his life, a profession which he loved. Robert will always be remembered as a hard-working, dependable, humorous, loving, goofy, and caring father, husband, son, brother, and friend. He is survived by his daughter Alecia, his son Ryan, his ex-wife Diana, and his siblings Danette, Christine, Kimberly, Michael, Kellie-Jo, Debbie, and Michael.
The family is requesting, in lieu of flowers, that contributions be made in Robert's honor to the Greater Clermont Cancer Foundation.

A Celebration of Robert's life Mass will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on April 1
st
, 2016 at 10:00 am. Inurnment will occur at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell at 12:30 pm.
