Obituary

Robert Sherwood Carlin III, born in Virginia Beach, VA on June 8, 1978 to Gail Lynn Stafford and Robert Sherwood Carlin Jr. peacefully passed into the arms of Jesus on November 2, 2018 surrounded by family and friends. With a love of life, sports and cuisine a man full of adventure fit for a King. The memories we hold the friendships he built are a lasting tribute that everyone felt. Rob was a beloved Chef Assistant for Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort that had such an impact on his quests providing such a service of passion and utmost respect and love. Rob is survived by: parents Gail and John Stafford, Robert Sherwood Carlin Jr., sister Christin Nicole Carlin, nephew Jaysin Curtis Carlin, special friend Rebecca Jennings and daughter Gianna Jennings along with numerous family and friends.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal. Join us for a celebration of a life well lived.
