Hudzik

Rita Ann Hudzik Epitaph
Rita Ann was born on May 22, 1946, to Vincent and Lois Napoleone Sr. at St. Joseph Catholic Hospital in Albuquerque New Mexico. Rita Ann and Michaël were born two days apart as result of their parent's celebration of the end of World War II and Michaël always commented he robbed the cradle when he married Rita.
Rita Ann was preceded in death by her parents Vincent and Lois Napoleone Sr. and brother Vincent Napoleone Jr. Rita Ann is survived by her husband Michael James Hudzik and three daughters, Marti Jeannette, Misti Janelle, and Kristin Noel plus five grandchildren Joshua, Christopher, Tyler, Courtney, Hunter and three greatgrandchildren Samantha, Lauren and Caspian.
Rita Ann graduated from St Charles Catholic school, St. Pius X Catholic High school, and Browning Commercial College all in Albuquerque New Mexico. Rita Ann's relatives were the Italian stone masons that built the façade of The Basilica Cathedral Church of St. Francis of Assisi in the Archdiocese of Santa FE, Santa Fe New Mexico. Rita and Michael were brought together due to her girlfriend Shirley being unable to attend a University of New Mexico dance with Michaël, so he asked Rita and thus began a lifelong companionship and everlasting love between the two of them.
Rita Ann and Michaël were married on June 18, 1966, at the Catholic Chapel on Sandia Army Base, Albuquerque New Mexico. Upon Micheal's graduation from University of New Mexico in December of 1970 they moved to the Phoenix Arizona metropolitan area for 5 years, then to Ontario California for 3 years with regular Disneyland visits and finally to the Orlando Florida municipal area in 1977 again with regular Disneyworld visits.
Rita Ann was a stay-at-home mother to her daughters and spent time volunteering at their schools until they all completed high school. Rita Ann was a crafty person, she cross stitched, knitted, scrap booked and enjoyed producing ceramic and porcelain objects. If it involved some sort of crafting, she was involved.
In 1995 Rita Ann started her fun career with the Walt Disney Company and eventually retired in 2006. In June of 2016 Michaël and Rita Ann celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary at a dinner party hosted by Vincent Hrenak their Best Man at their wedding at Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridan Resort at Disneyworld. During her career at Disney, she most enjoyed two activities interacting with the guest children and singing in the EPCOT Candlelight processional every Christmas season and just enjoyed the ambience of the parks. Rita Ann and Micheal enjoyed going to the Disneyworld resort area as retirees.
Rita Ann departed this world on June 3,2022 just short of their 56 th wedding anniversary.
