He sat on the advisory Board of Barry College: member of many social/private clubs; listed in The Social Index Directory and The Social List of FL. Attended the Maritime Academy and served 5 years in the US Coast Guard in WWII in the North Atlantic. He owned various businesses and was a Lloyd's of London Representative. He loved competition gun shooting, fresh water fishing, and sailing. He and his wife traveled independently to many countries and islands around the globe. He loved reading and was a Historian. Catholic faith.
