Obituary

Ray E. Blakeney passed away on October 12, 2018.  He is survived by his girlfriend of eighteen years, Mary-Lou Davis, as well as by his only daughter, Tamy A. Hernandez; four grandchildren and one great grandson:  Michael Umana, Nicole Umana (son - Nemo Ortiz and husband - Jose Ortiz), Isis Blakeney and Rae-Ann Martinez; three sisters:  Debra Phillips, Cathy Mullins and Bonnie Chico; as well as by many cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Claude E. Blakeney and Johnnie M Roberts.
