IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Polly Ann
Allen

Polly Ann Allen (Purvis)
April 19, 1957 - January 11,2026
Polly was a beloved wife, mother, nanny, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026 at the age of 68. She was the heart of her family and a steady source of love, laughter, and strength to all who knew her.
Polly had a way of making people feel seen and cared for. Whether through her words, her presence, or her actions, she loved "BIG TIME". That simple phrase became part of who she was: wholehearted, genuine, and full of love. When Polly loved, she loved big, and she made sure the people in her life felt it every single day.
Polly was the sweetest soul. The kind of person whose presence brought comfort, warmth, and peace to everyone around her. She lived her life with a gentle heart, always putting others before herself, loving deeply and quietly in the way only someone truly special can. At the same time, she was funny and sassy, with a quick wit and a spark that made people smile.
She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a proud Nanny who cherished her grandchildren more than anything. Her love for her family was steady, unconditional, and full of grace. Being "Nanny" was one of her greatest joys, and the bond she shared with her grandchildren will forever be a part of her legacy.
She is survived by husband Joe Allen, her four children Eric (Tiffanie) Ahern, Chris (Christine) Allen, Penny (Ricky) Avant, Kenny (Tiffany) Allen. Her grandchildren; Josh, Jacob, Lil Ricky, Georgia, Cameron, Alayna, and Ryder. Her mother MaryJane Purvis, her brother Curtis (Angie) Purvis, her sister Janie and (Art) Newcombe, and her sister Annette Trowel.
A celebration of her life will be held on January 16, 2026 at First Missionary Baptist Church of Mascotte. Visitation will begin at 11am followed by funeral at 12pm. A reception will be held after the funeral at Polly and Joe's house.
As we honor Polly's memory, we remember to love deeply, show kindness freely, and live life big time, just as she did .
