After a well-lived life, Phyllis Vereen passed away peacefully at Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Florida on March 29th, 2019, at the age of 77. Predeceased by her mother Katherine Lemmond. Survived by her beloved husband and best friend Stacy Bernard Vereen. Phyllis was a devoted and loving mother to Douglas, Donnie, Deann (Ron) and Jennie (Steve). Proud grandmother to Melissa (Mark), Jennifer (Gieti), Stacey (Clarence), Trevor, Mason and Barrett. Great-grandmother to Morgan, Anabell, Tre, Madison, Carter and Razia.

A memorial for Phyllis will be held at 2pm on Monday, April 22nd, 2019 at Oakland Presbyterian Church located at 218 East Oakland Ave, Oakland, FL 34760
