Obituary
Philip Billups (Philly, Thumper) passed away unexpectedly at home in Winter Garden, Florida on Monday May 30, 2016. He was born in Circleville Ohio on January 12, 1971. He joined the Army in 1989 and went on to become a brother of the 3/325 Army Airborne Battalion Combat team in Vicenza, Italy. He also served in operation Desert Storm. Phil was a humble man who truly loved his country and took nothing for granted. He was a stranger to no one and was willing to help anyone in need. He lived each day to its fullest and always had a story to share. He leaves behind his loving fiance Heather Chamberlain who will cherish many years of memories. He also leaves behind countless loving friends and his loyal dog Yeti.
