Peter H. Thorne, 84, of Clermont, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 12, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with Parkinsons Disease.
Peter is survived by his loving family: husband of 56 years to Mary Ann (Randazzo); beloved father of Daniel P. and Stephen P. (Amy) Thorne, Stacey (John) Harris; dearest Opa and grandfather of Quentin, Andrew, Gracie, Natalie and Lucas Thorne, Hunter and Hannah Harris; dearest brother of Eric P. (Sheri), and the late Philip M. (and the late Martina) Thorne; brother-in-law to the late Theresa (Randazzo) and Joseph T. Arcara, Sr.; survived by many loving nephews, nieces, and countless dear friends in the community.
A Mass of Christian Remembrance will be offered Tuesday, September 17, 11:00am, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, located at 720 12th St, Clermont, FL 34711. The Mass can be viewed via livestream at https://www.youtube.com/@blessedsacramentfl8152/streams for those who wish to attend virtually. A celebration of life will follow directly after the church service on the same day in Clermont, FL at Roasted Spirit. Details below:

He planted several varieties of trees for each of his children and grandchildren, and the family would be honored if you planted a tree or flower as a tribute in his memory.
