Peter John Landi, 89, Clermont, passed away April 10, 2012 at Lake Bennett Health & Rehab Center in Ocoee. He was born October 27, 1922 in Brooklyn, NY son of Dominick Landi & Ida Orlando Landi. On August 25, 1945 he was united in marriage to Pasqualina Prato in Brooklyn. He was a Liquor Shop Keeper retiring to South Florida in 1974 & relocating to Clermont in 2008 from Ponpano Beach. He was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Pomoano Beach & attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Clermont. Surviving is his wife of 67+ years, Pasqualina Landi; children Dominick (Suzanne) Landi, Newark, DE; Joseph (Lisa) Landi, Yonkers, NY; Robert (Donna) Landi, Statin Island, NY & Carl (Doreen) Landi, Clermont; grandchildren Christopher, Sharon, Sara, Ashley, Robert, Aliya, Nicholas, Daniel, Alexander & Camille Rose; great-grandson Daniel & brother Anthony (Teresa) Landi, Margate, FL. His sisters Jay Nuzzo & Angie Peretta preceded him in death.



Mass of the Resurrection for Peter Landi will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Visitation will be for two hours prior to the Mass at the funeral home. Entombment is scheduled for 1:00 PM  on Friday, April 13, 2012 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in North Lauderdale.The family suggests memorial contributions to New Beginnings, 200 E.
