Pauline "Polly" Burkart (née Allred), age 86, passed away peacefully at her home in Clermont, Florida, on March 3, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 28, 1939, in Tupelo, Mississippi, Pauline was the cherished daughter of Albert and Willie Samantha Allred.Pauline dedicated her life to caring for others, both as a home health aide in her earlier years and as a devoted homemaker. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her career into every aspect of her life. She was a loving wife to her late husband, Edward Burkart, and a proud mother and grandmother who treasured time spent with her family above all else. Family was everything to Pauline, and she found immense joy in creating a warm and welcoming home for those she loved.A woman of many talents and passions, Pauline enjoyed sewing intricate creations, tending to her garden with care, shopping for treasures that brought beauty into her life, and decorating her home with love and creativity. Her faith as a Christian guided her throughout her life and provided comfort to those around her.Pauline is survived by her daughter Robin Moss; granddaughter Cheyenne Moss; brother James Allred (Kathy); and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Burkart; parents Albert and Willie Samantha Allred; brothers Earl Allred and Charlie Allred (Ruby); and sister Opal Rauser (Lyle).Pauline’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Lake Ave, Groveland, FL.
