Paul Emile Milliner, 71, passed Monday, August 5, 2019 at Brookdale Senior Living Center in Clermont. Born and raised in in Lowell, MA, to Desiree and Claire (Gagne) Milliner. He attended St. Joseph's High School and joined the United States Navy following his graduation 1965. He received a degree in electronic engineering from the University of Lowell in 1976. He married the love of his life Gloria (Bourassa) in 1967 and they raised their son Russell together. Paul worked as a technician for Xerox Corporation for 34 years. He and his family resided in Seminole, Florida for 26 years and retired in Clermont, Florida at King's Ridge Golf Community in 2003. Paul had a passion for 50's doo-wop music, collector of vintage albums, computer programming, tennis and bowling. He was an avid golf enthusiast who enjoyed hitting the fairways with his friends at King's Ridge. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Desiree; and his mother, Claire. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Gloria; his son Russell and wife Michelle; grandchildren Amelia and Erik; his sister Sue and husband Dennis; his sister Marie; his brother Louis and wife Debbie; and many close friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 9 th , 2019 at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102 nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice
