Paul W. Mauer, 76, passed away Monday July 11, 2023 at South Lake Hospital with his family by his side.

Paul was born December 13, 1946 in St. Paul, MN to John and Shirley Mauer.   He worked for 30 years at Deluxe Check Printers, before retiring to Clermont, FL to be near family.  Paul is a loving spouse, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.  He was charismatic and a lover of sports and family.  He was a gentle and kind man who always thought of others.  Paul loved his Minnesota sports teams, especially the Minnesota Twins!

Paul is survived by his wife Judith Mauer; son Christian (Michelle)Mauer; daughter Lesha (Robert) Martin; brother John Mauer; grandchildren: Jackson, Noelle and Natalie Mauer and Robert Ryan Martin.  He was preceded in death by 2 children Mary Ann and Ryan.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Noon, Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Clermont.  There will be a reception in the church social hall following the Mass.
