Obituary

Paul was born on August 10, 1941 in Fall River, MA, to Emile Felix and Louise (Ronan) Bergeron and passed away on Sept 18,2021. He was predeceased by his sister, Joan Ohrn, brothers David, Michael and his twin, Peter. He leaves his wife Andrea "Drew" (Ingram), as well as sisters, Judith O'Connell and Elizabeth McMahon, son Scott Bergeron, daughter-in-law Tammy Bergeron (Mucci) of Leesburg, VA and daughter, Judith Bergeron of Billerica, MA and five grandchildren Kelsey Bergeron, Nicolas "Cole" Bergeron, Courtney Bergeron, Kyle Bergeron and Mikayla Bergeron of Leesburg, VA. Paul graduated from B.M.C. Durfee High School in Fall River and The Culinary Institute of America where he served as a member of the corporation. He worked most of his adult life in the food industry and retired from Marriott/Caterair after 34 years. He also worked for the Flatley Corporation. Paul was a faithful member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Saugus, MA for many years and St. Matthias Episcopal Church in Clermont, FL since his retirement in 2005. He was active in many events involving the church. He also belonged to William Sutton Masonic Lodge AF & AM, Saugus, MA for many years, and a member of the Lynn Wyoma Lions since 1972 (founded by his father-in-law Charles Ingram) where he held many positions including president, secretary and director and served as Zone Chairman for Lions District 33N. He served as committee chairman for the Boy Scouts of America, Troup 60, Saugus, MA for several years. Paul was married to Drew for 52 years and raised their family in Saugus, MA. Paul and Drew traveled to many wonderful and exciting places throughout the US, Europe, Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand during their marriage. They retired to Emerald Lakes, Clermont, FL. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Mass Lions Eye Research, c/o Wyoma Lions Club, P.O. Box 8064, Lynn, MA 01902. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 27 at 11:00am at St. Matthias, Clermont, FL. Burial will be private.
