Patricia A. Van Leer, age 78, of Port Orange, Florida passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in Clermont, Florida. She was born on July 10, 1941 in New London, Connecticut to George A. and Yvonne M. Day. Patricia graduated high school in 1982 and was self-employed as a land maintenance technician.

Patricia was a woman of many talents and skills. She spent time training horses, water skiing, and was even a ballroom dancer in her youth. In her later years, she discovered that she had a "green thumb". She enjoyed her vast varieties of plants she had grown, usually from root.

Patricia is survived by daughter Vicky L. Thomas, son Richard Mann and grandson Garrett Daniell. She was predeced in death by her mother Yvonne Camp. Momma Van Leer will be truly missed by her friends, family and co-workers. She will be remembered for her strong work ethic and wonderful sense of humor.
