Obituary
Patricia Ellen Stephenson, age 90, Clermont resident, and most recently of Winter Garden, passed away June 11, 2017.
She was born in Wallace Idaho on April 9, 1927 daughter to Dorothy (Mickey)
Murray. Throughout her beautiful life, she lived
and worked in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho,
Seattle, Hollywood California, Clermont and most recently Winter Garden, Florida. For most of her life she worked in the hospitality industry working in various restaurants and hotels as a waitress. It was always so fun to listen to her stories of the famous people she served while in Hollywood, California as well as Astro Diner and Coffee Shop in Silver Lake, CA. From 2004 to 2013, she worked at Disney's Hollywood Studios - Hollywood and Vine Cafeteria of the Stars, as a seater, where she felt right at home in the Hollywood setting, meeting new people and being surrounded by friends which became her family.
Pat was a caring and compassionate lady who touched the lives of those around her in a special way. She was a beloved friend and every friend was family. She had an independent spirit full of life, a true spitfire. With her wit, humor and straightforward manner, she drew others in like only she could. She loved candy...mostly chocolate, and enjoyed giving away plenty to her visiting friends.
Her hero in her life was her mother. She cherished times with friends especially enjoying meals together. She loved planning and gathering birthday celebrations with her friends throughout the year.
She truly loved the Church family and remained faithful to
her beliefs until the end. Pat was blessed to have shared her life with her closest friend Lorraine Oakley and her Godson, Graham Oakley. She often called them her Earth Angels and love them immensely.
While the loss is immeasurable so will be the love left behind.
