Pamela Kay Annunziata, 53, Mascotte, passed away April 17, 2011 at South Lake Hospital. She was born June 28, 1957 in Dayton, OH daughter of Walter & Patricia Bowles Jackson & was a central Florida resident since 1996. Her father preceded her in death. Surviving is her husband Michael Patrick Mitchell; mother Patricia Jackson, St. Cloud; children Sarah Cox, Orlando; James Clontz, Mascotte & Danielle Clontz, St. Cloud; step-children Angeline Striegal, St. Augustine & Patricia Mitchell, Clermont; siblings Bruce Jackson, Dayton; Cheryl Green, Tampa; Kim Carl, St. Cloud & Theresa Dulcie, DeLand & 5 grandchildren.



The funeral service for Pamela Kay Annunziata will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 23, 2011 in the Becker Chapel. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM until the sevice time. In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
