Obituary
Osvaldo Velez Sr, known to friends and family as Oscar, age 74, died peacefully after an ongoing battle with a mass like tumor blocking his liver on June 08, 2016 in Clermont, Florida. He was born on March 19, 1942 in Ensenada, Puerto Rico to Emerito Velez and Mary Pimentel. On December 05, 1964 Oscar married Ursina Delgado. Having been married for 51 years they had 3 beautiful children: Osvaldo Velez Jr. (known as Junior to the family), Sharon Velez (known as Shary), and Ursina Velez (known as Lucy). Oscar worked for many years up until the end providing for his family. A jack of all trades and a master of every single one. Oscar survived by his son Junior married to Jacquelyn L. Keller-Velez and his children Michael Velez, Madeline Velez, & AJ Velez; Lucy Velez-Budhan married to Manny Rodriguez and her daughter Ariana Budhan; Sharon Velez-Boodhan married to Navin Boodhan with her three kids Chanel Chacon, Nishaan Boodhan, & Angelena Boodhan. Loved by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. There will be a short graveside service following the service, open to all who wish to attend at Woodlawn Cemetary.
