Norma Costilow

March 22, 1977 - August 29, 2021

Norma graduated from George Jenkins High School in 1996.  She was a local resident of Tampa, Florida. Norma was known by her colleagues for having the biggest heart and the biggest smile. Norma enjoyed arts and crafts, her fur baby, Yoda, and most of all, her family and friends.

Norma is survived by her husband, Chris Costilow, whom she married on October 31, 2019. Norma also has a step-daughter that she thought the world of, Christina Costilow. She is also survived by her nieces, Madison Moore and Shelby Jiles; nephew, Matt Moore; her sister-in-law, Heather Jiles; brother-in-law, Rick Jiles; her father-in-law, Gerald Costilow; and mother-in-law, Reta Costilow.

Norma had a unique soul, willing to help anyone around her. Many would say she had a heart of gold. Norma was a hard working woman. She always knew how to have a good time. She enjoyed the outdoors, traveling, and the company of family and friends. Norma would never let anyone have a bad day, she would always try and find a way to cheer them up. Norma had many friends. She was definitely a people person. Her best friend of 28 years, Lisa Peterson, describes her as being "A loving wife, mom and the best friend anyone could ever ask for! She always looked out for me and protected me. She accepted me for me and always saw past my physical disability. When she loved someone, she loved with her whole heart. To be honest, she was more a sister than friend".

Norma's memory will forever live on and everyone will cherish the time they got to spend with her.
