Nicolina "Nikki" Gironda, 80, Clermont, passed away January 30, 2011 in Mt. Pleasant, NY. She was born February 11, 1930 in Westchester County, NY daughter of Carmine Cichetti & Incorta Ligori Cichetti. A  local resident since 1989 from Stow, OH, she was a homemaker and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Her husband of 56 years, Ralph Jerome Gironda, preceded her in death on March 22, 2006 as did 4 siblings.Surviving are her children, John Gironda, North Salem, NY; Robert Gironda, Hudson, OH & Janice Mottarella, Somers, NY; grandchildren Melissa, Jeff, Jamie, Matthew, Lauren, Robert Michael &  Katie Rose & sister Barbara Ferrara, Naples, FL.



The funeral service for Nikki Gironda will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 7, 2011 in the Becker Chapel. Father Cromwell Cabrisos will officiate. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Visitation will be from 3-6 on Sunday.
