Nathan Richard Bradley (1977–2026)
“Moondawg”
Nathan Richard Bradley, lovingly known as “Moondawg,” was born on August 14, 1977, in Clear Lake City, Texas. His lifetime passions—his family, his friends, the outdoors, and music—were nurtured from an early age by his parents, Rich and Deenise. By the age of four, Nathan could often be found in the waters off the Florida Keys, snorkeling, helping his dad work on boats, and, as he grew older, assisting his mom at The Dolphin Research Center.
In 1985, the Bradley family moved to Clermont, Florida. After attending another school briefly, Nathan began 6th grade at Clermont Junior High School—a pivotal transition that led him to the lifelong friends who would accompany him through every phase of his journey. His days were filled with travel, writing, and music, and nearly every adventure included the people he cherished most.
Following five years in Hawaii, Nathan returned to Clermont in 2016. It was then that he met Ivy, who would become the love of his life. During their ten years together, they built countless memories—time with her children, travels near and far, concerts, laughter, and an abundance of genuine, quality time.
Nathan was adored by all who knew him. He had an extraordinary gift for connection and made friends effortlessly, leaving a lasting impression even on those he met only once. His kindness and positivity were infectious. He had no enemies. He was not a stranger to a dance floor, never hesitated to take the microphone, played the air guitar like a professional, offered the warmest hugs, and never missed an opportunity to remind others how much he loved them. Nathan lived life boldly and authentically—his own way—unapologetically and joyfully. Those fortunate enough to be touched by his vibrant spirit were forever changed by it.
Nathan passed away on February 22, 2026, surrounded by the love—near and far—of those who cherished him deeply. He is survived by his mother, Deenise; his beloved partner, Ivy; and more friends than one could possibly count.
His light and his love will remain with all who knew him, always.
Forever Young - Bob Dylan
May God bless and keep you always
May your wishes all come true
May you always do for others
And let others do for you
May you build a ladder to the stars
Climb on every rung
And may you stay…
FOREVER YOUNG, forever young, forever young
May you stay
Forever Young
May you grow up to be righteous
May you grow up to be true
May you always know your truth
And see their light surrounding you
May you always be courageous
Stand upright and be strong
And may you stay…
FOREVER YOUNG, forever young, forever young
May you stay
Forever Young
May your hands always be busy
May your feet always be swift
May you have a strong foundation
When the winds of changes shift
May your heart always be joyful
May your song always be sung
And may you stay…
FOREVER YOUNG
