Age 78 of Clermont, Florida, died suddenly April 14. Born in Joliet, IL. She was a member of the Ingalls Park United Methodist Church in Joliet, IL. Survived by her husband, Spencer E. Phillips; 2 sons; John and Randall of Clermont, and 1 daughter, Barbara Mrs. Thomas Eggert of Davenport, FL, 2 grandchildren, Kathryn and Jessica Eggert, 1 brother James N. Elens of Joliet, IL and numerous special nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents, John and Ella Elens. Inurnment will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
