Obituary

Mr. Mike Clearman born October 7, 1949, passed away June 8, 2020 peacefully at his residence in Clermont. Mike was born and raised in Selma, Alabama. He attended Albert G. Parrish high school and graduated in 1969. He had a town full of friends and many family members. Mike was quite the outdoorsman; he loved deer hunting and fishing and was good at both. Mike loved living the "country life".  A #1 fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football and the Atlanta Braves baseball. Mike was a long-haul truck driver many years of his life, he also worked as a heavy machine operator several years, a grocery store employee as well but his favorite job was working at the United Methodist Children's Home doing odd jobs in maintenance. The children were his love; always a word of encouragement for them. Mike moved to Central Florida in 2002 with his bride Ronda, they set up a home in Tavares. Mike became a Deacon at FBC Tavares. Mike and Ronda moved to Monteverde and began attending FBC of Monteverde, after many years they settled in Clermont where they attended several churches. Mike made many friends in Florida. He loved the Lord with all his heart.

Mike is predeceased by his Parents; Earl and Hazel Clearman.

He leaves behind: His Wife of 27 years Ronda (Sampson) Clearman, Daughter: Kimberly (Billy) Saenz, Step-sons: Eric Sampson, David Williams, Brother: Timothy (Vickie) Clearman, Brother-in-Law: Ron (Nancy) Sampson, Grandchildren: Colby (Elyssa) Payne, Lakin (Sean) Born, Abigail Payne, Great Granddaughter: Blake Born, and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
