Michael Shazam Mahanand, 33, Clermont, died February 22, 2015. He was born January 23, 1982 in Guyana son of Roopkrishna Mahanand & Nafeeza Mohamed. He was a carpenter and a local resident since 2014. Surviving in addition to his parents Nafeeza & Krish Mahanand of Clermont are his son Michael Guevara; paternal grandparents Kay & Dave Mahanand; maternal grandmother Neisha Benjamin; brother Ravi Mahanand; aunts uncles & cousins.



Visitation and traditional Christian services will be held from 5-9 PM on Thursday, February 26. 2015. Traditional Hindu services will be held from 9-11 AM on Friday, February 27, 2015 followed by cremation at Metro Crematory in Ocoee.
