IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Michael Angelo
Carrozzo
July 2, 1932 – September 18, 2015
Beloved "Little Brother" and dear uncle, Michael Angelo Carrozzo, age 83, Clermont, passed away peacefully September 18, 2015. He was born July 2, 1932, in Center Moriches, NY. Son of Anna Dendato & Joseph Carrozzo, he served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and retired from the Long Island Railroad. Mike loved his family, caring for his parents and his sister Marie Rosilio (all of whom preceded him) alongside his big sister Elvera. When his nephew Anthony lost his dad at an early age, Uncle Mike became a father figure taking interest in his life and participating in every way possible. This continued with Anthony's children, Thomas and James, and all their friends got to know Uncle Mike, too. Uncle Mike loved sports, in particular playing baseball in his youth and watching college football, horse racing, and his New York teams, the Giants and Yankees. He loved to strike up conversations with everyone and had a special place in his heart for all children. Surviving are his sister Elvera Carrozzo; nephew Anthony Rosilio & his wife Kathy, their sons Thomas & James, all of Minneola; & cousin Jeanette Melice, Englewood, FL.
