Obituary
On September 14, 2019, Melissa (Rumer) Parmer, loving mother of two daughters, passed away at the age of 50.
Melissa was born on April 6, 1969 in Bellefontaine, OH to John and Julia Rumer. She raised two daughters- Ashley (Parmer) Thompson and Bethany Parmer. Melissa had a passion and love for her dogs, Starbucks White Chocolate Mochas, going to the casino, and playing Bingo.
Melissa was preceded in death by her father, John, and her mother, Julia. She is survived by her two daughters- Ashley and Bethany and soon to be granddaughter- Emma.
