Mary Thompson Rocker, 86, of Clermont, FL, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 at home under Hospice care. Mary was born on July 22, 1932 in Kissimmee, FL, daughter of Aubrey and Gladys (Reynolds) Thompson. She moved to Clermont in 1967 with her late husband, John and opened Rocker Realty, where she was the licensed broker. Mary was a member of various real estate associations, and enjoyed traveling, gardening, cooking, spending time with her family at her condo at Cape Canaveral and loved her grand and great grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her children, John L. Rocker, III of Clermont, Judy (Dane) Cornell of Windermere, FL and Janet Cox of Clermont; sister, Sally Robinson of NC; brother, Gene Thompson of GA; grandchildren, Angie, Ashley (Andy) James, Emily (Ryan) Phillips and Shane Rocker and great grandchildren, Isaac Cornell, Devin Burmeister, Jaxon, Aiden and Declan James and Maddux and Harper Ann Phillips. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John L. Rocker, Jr. on September 16, 2016.
