Obituary
Marjorie Ellen Byrd, 92, of Mogadore, Ohio, gained her heavenly reward on Friday, September 21. She was born February 19, 1926 in Akron, Ohio to Harry and Golda Jones Wise. Marjorie married the love of her life, Victor Alonzo Byrd, on September 24, 1949.
She worked in the international sales department at Goodyear Tire Co and later worked at the Firestone Country Club. She worked for several years at Firestone Country Club and was nicknamed "Birdie". After retirement loved to read books, play cards, domino's, and spend time with her children, friends, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Christopher Jon Byrd of Orlando, Florida and Victoria Ellen Byrd of Clermont, Florida; her two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Victor, with whom she was blessed to share 55 years of marriage; brothers, Harry and Phillip.
A service will be held at the family home in Clermont, Florida on Sunday, September 30.
