Obituary
Marguerite Browning Cox passed away January 31, 2016. She was born December 29, 1919 in Logan County, WV daughter of Charlotte Ellen Nisbet & Edmund Hugh Browning. Prior to retirement she was a personnel specialist for the Federal Government at MCAS Cherry Point and resided in New Bern, NC before moving to Clermont, FL in 1999. She was active in several bridge groups throughout her retirement. Her husband Brooks Cox preceded her in death in 2001 as did her siblings Helen Christian, Bill Browning & E.H. Browning, Jr. Surviving are her daughters with their husbands, Charlotte & Wilbur Honeycutt, Clayton, NC and Becky & Shannon Elswick, Clermont, FL as well as 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; & sister Nada Nuckolls, Springfield, VA.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on April 12, 2016 at Oakland Presbyterian Church in Oakland, FL.
