On the morning of July 13, 2019, Marcus (Mark) Dean Cardwell Sr. passed away at the age of 62. He was born on October 28, 1956 to Huey Cardwell and Mary Barton in Clermont Florida. He married Helen Annette Cardwell in 1983 and remained married for 36 years. Together, along with an extended family, they loved and raised 6 wonderful children, 4 daughters and 2 sons.

Mark worked mainly as an OTR (Over the road) Truck Driver for over 20 years, He also owned and ran a lawn maintenance and welding business in Central Florida. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, fishing, hunting and spending time with family. He was a man of faith and his relationship to the lord was of the utmost importance to him.
Marcus is survived by his wife Helen Annette Cardwell; Sisters- Carolyn Hendrix, Marilyn Rice and Kitty Jordan. Brothers- Billy Ray, Kenneth, Jimmy, Huey, Clay and Ernie Cardwell. Daughters- Tina Calhoun, Melissa Carnley, Tiffany Koser, and Jessica Cardwell. Sons- Marcus Cardwell Jr. and Steven Cardwell and 15 grandchildren.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday 7/18 at Becker Funeral Home from 5-9 and a Memorial Service will be held at Church at South Lake on Saturday 7/20 at 10 am.
